Sri Sabari Peedam is a registered, non-profit religious institution which was established in 2010 to assist the Brampton Hindu community with worshipping needs. The temple was envisioned and founded by Arun Swamy

The Board of Trustees shall appoint the Executive Committee of this Organization. The Executive Committee of this Organization shall consist of as many members as decided by the Board of Trustees including such officers as may be provided in the By-laws. The Executive Committee shall carry out the policies set by the Board of Trustees and may create subcommittees for various specific tasks.

Lord Ayyappa


Lord Ayyappa is the presiding deity of Sabarimala temple. Information on the life and teachings of the Lord are mostly based on legends. .

In fact, there are very many popular stories associated with Him among the devotees. These differ from one to another depending on the imaginations of the narrator and inherent variations due to the passing down of the stories from generation to generation.
